The following are acts of hajj except

Ziyarah means visiting the Prophet’s mosque in Madinah. While it is highly recommended and blessed, it is not a required part of Hajj.

The essential acts of Hajj include entering ihram, doing tawaf around the Kaaba, walking between Safa and Marwa, and standing at Arafat. All of these must be done in Makkah.

Many pilgrims visit Madinah before or after Hajj, but it is a separate journey, not part of the Hajj itself.
