Which of the following use a combination of prisms and lenses to magnify distant objects?
Explanation
Binoculars use lenses to magnify far objects and prisms to turn the image the right way up and shorten the tube.
An astronomical telescope uses only lenses (or mirrors) and gives an upside-down image, so it does not use prisms in this way.
