Where is Malleus bone located in our body?

The malleus is one of three tiny bones in the middle ear. Also called the hammer, it helps transmit sound vibrations from the eardrum to the inner ear.

The outer ear and pinna are external ear parts. The femur is the thigh bone. Only the middle ear contains the malleus bone.

The malleus works with two other small bones (incus and stapes) in the middle ear. Together they form the smallest bones in the human body.
