How many times is the word al-Qari’ah?

Suratul Qari’ah (Surah 101) opens with the word al-Qari’ah, the Striking Calamity, which is one of the names of the Day of Judgement.

The word appears in each of the first three verses: “Al-Qari’ah. Mal-Qari’ah? Wa ma adraka mal-Qari’ah?” (The Striking Calamity. What is the Striking Calamity? And what will make you know what the Striking Calamity is?). That makes three times.

The repetition stresses how terrifying that Day will be. Answering two misses the middle verse, where the word is asked about directly.
