What was the major consequence of the Scramble for Africa in Yorubaland?
Explanation
During the Scramble for Africa, Britain took over Yorubaland by treaties and force in the late 1800s. The Yoruba states lost their independence and became a British protectorate.
France did not take Yorubaland. Industrialisation did not follow colonial rule at that time.
