Newspaper vendors are people who sell newspapers. In Hausa, they are called “masu sayar da jaridu.” The word “sayar” means to sell.

The other options describe different activities. “Buga” means to print. “Neman” means to search for. “Rubuta” means to write. None of these describe selling.

Vendors are sellers, not writers or printers. So we use the word for selling.
