This question is based on ‘The Lekki Headmaster’. What event in the story illustrates the extreme measures taken by some people before migrating?

  1. People attending immigration seminars
  2. Mr. Nku taking a loan and disappearing ✓
  3. Migrants waiting in refugee camps
  4. The government offering financial support to migrants
Explanation

In Chapter 3, Bepo hears stories of how far people go to leave Nigeria. One is about a former staff member, Mr. Nku. He took a ₦2 million loan and then vanished.

The story shows the extreme steps some people take before migrating. Seminars, refugee camps and government help are not part of these stories.
