At what stage in system development life cycle are all data documented in the form of detailed data flow diagrams(DFDs)

During system analysis, analysts study how the current system works. They record the data and its movement in detail, often using data flow diagrams (DFDs).

A feasibility study only checks whether the project is worth doing. System design comes later and plans the new system.
