Which prophet confronted the people with the challenge of rebuilding the temple after the exile?

The prophet Haggai urged the returned exiles to rebuild the temple in Jerusalem. They had stopped work and were busy building their own houses.

Haggai told them to put God’s house first (Haggai 1:2-8). Zechariah also encouraged the work, but Haggai is the prophet known for the direct challenge.
