The solubility product constant (Ksp) is used
Explanation
Ksp helps calculate how much solute dissolves in a solvent. It shows the maximum amount that can dissolve before precipitation starts.
Ksp works for saturated solutions, not unsaturated ones. It doesn’t measure total mass directly. While you can compare Ksp values, that’s not its main purpose.
Remember: Higher Ksp means more soluble. Lower Ksp means less soluble.
