The part of a disc plough to which discs are connected is
Explanation
A disc plough turns soil with large, round, concave discs. Each disc is mounted on the standard, the strong vertical leg that carries the disc and fixes it to the frame.
The beam is the main frame that joins the plough to the tractor. The scraper only cleans soil off the disc. The furrow wheel guides the plough along the furrow.
