Explanation

In Yoruba, “okoo” means twenty times twenty, which is 400. “Nirinwo” also means 400. Then you add “le” which means plus. So 400 plus 20 equals 420.

Yoruba uses a base-twenty counting system. This is different from the base-ten system in English. You count in groups of twenty instead of ten.
