Who among these sahabah presided over compilation of Al-Qur’an?

Zayd bin Thabit led the compilation of the Quran during Abu Bakr’s time. He was the Prophet’s scribe and knew the Quran well.

Other companions helped verify the text but Zayd headed the project.

His work preserved the Quran in written form for future generations.
