Explanation

A man cannot marry his blood sister, mother, daughter, or other close blood relatives. This is clearly prohibited in Islamic law to protect family relationships.

Cousins are allowed to marry in Islam, as are unrelated people. But siblings, parents, children, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews are permanently forbidden.

These rules prevent family disorder and protect the dignity of family bonds.
