Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) made from sugar, salt, and water treats diarrhea. This mixture replaces fluids and minerals lost during diarrhea.

Diarrhea causes dehydration which can be dangerous for children. ORS prevents dehydration by replacing lost water and electrolytes in the body.

This simple mixture does not treat colic, constipation, or fever. It specifically controls dehydration from diarrhea.
